Welcome to my website. I hope my pages provide you with useful information on counselling and what I aim to offer in counselling sessions.

I believe that all people have the right to feel valued and respected. All too often, we can end up feeling isolated and alone in our feelings. My aim is to work through these emotions with you in a safe and non-judgemental environment. I strive to understand clients as individuals and work hard to explore whatever feels important to you.

 

I understand that coming to counselling can be very hard-- especially if it is an entirely new experience, and this is why I ensure I am extremely sensitive to your needs, regardless of what these may be. I work at your pace and respect any information you chooses to bring to the session. I work open-endedly, but fixed termed counselling is also available, in which case I agree a time period with you.

I am a fully qualified Counsellor and whilst I have received training in several different approaches, I work Integratively. Integrative counselling is a combined approach where numerous different approaches are used to cater to the client's needs effectively.

My counselling practice is located in Bushey. If you are travelling by public transport, Bushey Station is approximately a 7 minute walk away, and if you are travelling by car, parking is available.
