I am a fully qualified Counsellor and an Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I am trained as an Integrative Humanistic Counsellor, which means I pool different theories and techniques together, in order to better understand and respond to each client and their unique needs.

I hold a BSc Honours Degree in Counselling, a Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling, a Diploma, and an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling.

I have received additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Time-Limited Counselling, Psychiatry, Psychopathology, and Psychodynamics, as well as on Drug, Solvent and Alcohol abuse.
